An Advisory Board, comprised of independent members and representatives of the Fund's Limited Partners, consults with the partnership on the affairs of the Fund. The Advisory Board meets on a regular basis to discuss issues that face Penn Venture Partners. The Advisors confer with the Fund with respect to a variety of matters, including but not limited to potential conflicts, portfolio company valuations, emerging technologies, market conditions, and other strategic matters.
